Terms of Service

Effective date: September 9, 2026

By using Vid Hub, you agree to the following terms.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for content you are authorized to process.
• Not abuse upload, processing, or billing systems.
• Comply with applicable copyright and privacy laws.

Billing and limits

• Service plans, credits, and quotas may be enforced at any time.
• Overage and subscription billing are governed by your active plan terms.
• Failed payments or expired entitlement may restrict new job creation.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Yearly subscriptions are charged upfront for the selected annual term.
• Canceling stops future renewal and leaves paid access active through the current billing period.
• Monthly and yearly subscription payments are not prorated after cancellation.

Refunds

• Subscription payments are normally non-refundable after paid credits are used.
• Accidental first purchases and renewals may be reviewed when reported within 48 hours with no applicable paid usage.
• Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and unresolved service failures may receive a refund or service credit.
• Refund requests must be sent to vidhub.support@gmail.com.
• The Refund and Cancellation Policy at /refunds provides the current request rules.
• These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Availability and warranties

• Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Vid Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect transcription/translation accuracy.

Termination

• Vid Hub may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or legal requirements.
• Users may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

• Governing law: State of Israel.
• Venue: competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
