Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 9, 2026
This policy explains how subscription cancellation and refund requests work for Vid Hub.
Free trial
- Vid Hub provides one free completed video so you can evaluate the service before purchasing.
- The free trial does not require a payment card and does not renew into a paid subscription.
- No refund applies to the free trial because no payment is collected.
Canceling renewal
- You may cancel renewal at any time from Manage subscription in your Vid Hub account.
- Canceling stops future renewal charges.
- Your paid plan, features, and remaining credits stay available until the end of the current billing period.
- Monthly and yearly payments are not prorated when you cancel during a billing period.
- You may resume the subscription before the paid period ends.
Refund eligibility
- Subscription payments are normally non-refundable after paid credits are used.
- An accidental first purchase may be refunded when you contact us within 48 hours and no paid credits were used.
- An accidental renewal may receive a one-time courtesy refund when you contact us within 48 hours and no credits were used after renewal.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges are eligible for review and correction.
- A verified Vid Hub failure that support cannot resolve may receive a refund, partial refund, or service credit.
- No prorated refunds are provided because you no longer need a monthly or yearly plan.
- These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Requesting a refund
- Email vidhub.support@gmail.com from the address associated with your Vid Hub account.
- Include the plan, charge date, and reason for the request.
- Support reviews the payment date, successful paid usage, cancellation state, and reported problem.
- Approved full refunds end paid access immediately and remove remaining subscription credits.
- Partial refunds do not change the subscription unless support confirms otherwise.
Billing provider
- Lemon Squeezy processes Vid Hub subscription payments and approved refunds.
- Bank and card processing times may delay when an approved refund appears in your account.
