By using Vid Hub, you agree to the following terms.

## Acceptable use

- Use the service only for content you are authorized to process.
- Not abuse upload, processing, or billing systems.
- Comply with applicable copyright and privacy laws.

## Billing and limits

- Service plans, credits, and quotas may be enforced at any time.
- Overage and subscription billing are governed by your active plan terms.
- Failed payments or expired entitlement may restrict new job creation.

## Availability and warranties

- Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Vid Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect transcription/translation accuracy.

## Termination

- Vid Hub may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or legal requirements.
- Users may stop using the service at any time.

## Governing law

- Governing law: **State of Israel**.
- Venue: competent courts in **Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel**, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
