- Billing data: subscription state, ledger entries, webhook event metadata.

## How we use data

- Deliver subtitle generation, translation, and artifact retrieval.
- Enforce plans, credits, and billing workflows.
- Monitor reliability, investigate incidents, and prevent abuse.

## Retention

- Artifacts are retained up to 7 days by default.
- Audit and billing records are retained as needed for security, accounting, and legal obligations.

## Your rights

- You may request deletion/export of account-associated data through support.
- You may revoke access tokens and stop further processing by discontinuing service use.

## International processing

- Data may be processed by approved sub-processors in multiple regions.
- Vid Hub uses contractual safeguards where required for cross-border transfers.
